Is it right to use sexual history as evidence in court?

I was recently on BBC 3 Counties Radio (Beds, Herts & Bucks), discussing with Nicola Mann of Women Against Rape (WAR) the issue of whether it’s right to use sexual history as evidence in court – here (13:30). In its official literature WAR encourages women to pervert the course of justice, by lying about having been raped. Our blog piece on the matter, with a link to the literature in question, is here.

About Mike Buchanan

I'm a men's human rights advocate, writer, and publisher. My primary focus is leading the political party I launched in 2013, Justice for Men & Boys (and the women who love them). I still work actively on two campaigns I launched in early 2012, Campaign for Merit in Business and the Anti-Feminism League. In 2014 I launched The Alternative Sexism Project, aiming to raise public understanding that the sexism faced by men and boys has far more grievous consequences than the sexism faced by women and girls.

  • It’s amazing to me how many men have no empathy for other men, the moderator in this case, It’s like they have to experience a false rape allegation before they can relate to what other men like them have gone through. I hate to wish ill on anyone but that guy will not wake up until he or someone close to him is faced with it. But that won’t help any other men because if it’s him the first that would happen would be the loss of his job, then he would have no voice like all the other victims. Maybe someone should send him the details of the Ghomeshi fiasco, another male feminist radio host who was destroyed by a coven of nasty jealous women. Maybe he could relate to that.
The one statement that really got me was when Ms Mann essentially said that an allegation is no big deal, when it’s over a man can just move on with his life. She obviously has no connection to reality.

  • I agree with Mac Ois.
About time men snapped out of the mind set that women are always truthful. Men have been ‘taught’ or actually brainwashed to believe that women are sacrosanct. What a pile of nonsense ! Even at kindergartens, female teacher practice a policy of ‘girls first’, as if such young boys understood the notion of the gentleman. At such a young age, it is what amounts to anti-boy discrimination at the earliest age ! This needs to be outlawed.
Sexual history of accusers is absolutely crucial in determining how likely a woman is telling the truth or a lie. Feminists know this so they try their best to hide this information from the courts. How evil ! Small wonder overwhelming majority of prisoners are male and overwhelming majority of men accused of sexual offences are ‘convicted’. If men do not support the accused men, chances are they may be the next accused and ‘convicted ‘ , in a similar fashion.
The feminists are openly displaying their evil ways and anti-men bias, while men are doing nothing against it, and are instead displaying the gentleman conduct. The very opposite of what they should be doing.
