She ‘felt extremely vulnerable at that moment’. In other words, she was the victim, not her husband.

Claire McCluskey attacked mum-of-two Kate Nield, 26, at a house party in Garstang Road, Southport on February 26 this year.

McCluskey, of Brook Close in Southport , left her victim with a horrific injury and a gaping hole to the right side of her mouth…

Doctors at Whiston Hospital spent an hour performing a skin graft on Miss Nield, taking skin from the back of her arm and putting it onto her face.McCluskey, 29, initially pleaded not guilty to wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

The judge says sending her to prison would serve the interests of the public but separating her from her family would not and he has to balance these public interests.

The second consideration is not a public interest, and used all too often as a ‘Get Out of Jail Free’ card by women. Claire McCluskey should have received a lengthy custodial sentence.

A highly impressive critique of a case, in Canada. Acceptance of feminist theories on rape by judges, such as Justice Marvin Zuker in the Mandi Gray case, means that 99% of consensual heterosexual sex can be considered rape on the later whim of the woman involved. All heterosexual men who are sexually active are rapists. Feminists have long been manipulating the legal system in line with their warped ideology, in this area as in others.

We are the largest provider of domestic abuse refuges in London and have the largest team of specialists working to combat Human Trafficking across the Capital and the South East. Across our broad range of services, we also help people find a permanent home, manage their finances, take care of their health, and access work, training or education, as well as providing emotional and practical support to help people succeed in their daily lives. OUR SERVICES

We currently support people in 22 London boroughs and in South East England. Last year we provided a safe home and empowering support to almost 9,000 people across the Capital.

The references to ‘people’ is comfortingly gender-neutral, so we need to look deeper. From the ‘How we help’ page:

We are the largest provider of domestic abuse refuges for women and children in London. Last year our network of 39 refuges not only offered a place of safety for women escaping domestic abuse, but also provided a home for over 500 children. We believe that the provision of holistic support to men, women and children can help them rebuild their lives. Therefore, we are committed to providing multiple avenues of support to meet their needs. [my emphases]

So, no places of safety for men (and their children) then? They could surely do without such ‘holistic support’. There are a few references to male victims of domestic violence on the website, but I couldn’t find any evidence that this charity is providing any practical support for them (or their children).

I’ve had enough of charities exploiting images of male victims of domestic violence, while doing nothing substantive for them (and their children). When Hestia open their first refuge for male victims of domestic violence, and their children, I’ll be the first to congratulate them.

Our thanks to Tim for this absolute gem (video, 10:09). The feminist on the right of the screen (the hatchet-faced one) is of particular interest. She’s a prime example of a woman exhibiting a defining characteristic of so many feminists, a failure to cross from childhood into adulthood. It’s like watching a surly 7-year-old girl in an adult woman’s body.

Sarah Black, 33, was brought before a professional conduct panel after she told colleagues at Southway Primary School in Bognor Regis, West Sussex, a series of serious lies about her private life.

She claimed her father had been convicted of manslaughter after fatally injuring her mother in an attack in June 2014. She also lied about being raped by her father and said she had received threatening messages and phone calls…

Miss Black also formed an ‘inappropriate relationship’ with a mother, whom she later attacked while visiting her at home.

In a written decision, the panel ruled the allegations against Miss Black had been proven. She has been banned from teaching for life.

If you read the full article, you’ll realise the woman’s lies must have resulted in an astonishing waste of police time, yet we can assume she isn’t being prosecuted for that crime. She should be prosecuted.
