I really love the variety of issues and opinions discussed at ICMI2016.
Politicians and organisations such as the BBC like to talk about and promote so called diversity, yet they end up with people who might look different from each other but have identical views and similar backgrounds (and not particularly useful or interesting views either).
ICMI is the complete opposite of that, people all with such different backgrounds and experiences, all clearly quite expert the topics they discuss.
Compared to his speech from a few years back there seems to be a notable development in Davies’ use of terminology whereby he’s now using the term “gender gap”. Obviously he completely obliterated his opponents last tie around, but it shows he’s still refining his arguments and articulates the bigger picture in its entirety.
