yes, women are very capable of fraud, deceit and theft. Also of lying and cheating.
They have proven they are equal, or even superior to men, at least in these categories. There don’t seem to be any glass ceiling for them in these categories. I hope everyone realizes that by having more women in top posts will not make corruption and fraud decrease one bit, contrary to feminist propaganda.
