WASPI – because feminists want pension inequality to be extended

Our thanks to a particularly generous donor for this:

Hi Mike,

Hope you are well. Have you heard about WASPI (Women Against State Pension Inequality)? Here they are on Facebook:

Link #1.

You’d be forgiven for thinking the MHRM is making a breakthrough, and that these women are campaigning for some sort of compensation for the men who had to wait 5 years longer for a state pension on the grounds of their gender, despite contributing the vast majority of those funds in the first place, and dying earlier than women.

Nope. WASPI are campaigning for the equalisation of state pension ages TO BE DONE AT A SLOWER RATE. They are arguing that they haven’t been given enough notice that are now going to be treated equally when it comes to state pensions. They think THEY are the ones being discriminated against here. They are actively campaigning for an inequality to be MAINTAINED for longer.

Sorry for the shouty capitals but I am angry. There is even a donation site here, to help fund their legal appeal:

[Note: the £6,000 target was reached five months ago.]

I only hope that the idiots who pledge their money to this legal fund might end up losing it if the case comes before a judge with some perspective and common sense. But I won’t hold my breath.

Hope you have a happy Christmas, all the same.

Cheers,

    i don’t understand this – slower??

I remember the issue of inequality of pensions and the liabilities involved if it were left, back in 1994/95. The EU had changed the ruling to bring equality into pensions.

That is about 20 years !!! how much more time do they need?- how many more new women pension contributors are being put into this difficult position because equality has not been achieved fast enough.

maybe we can ask WASPI if they would consider that the increase in the life expetancy of women should be slower?

  2. Western traditions of leniencey, protection and extra care for women was not meant to be accorded for dishonest and ungrateful behaviour of women.Let alone greedy and deceitful one.
Neither was it meant to be accorded to those women who make calculated false allegations of sexual assaults against innocent men. Clearly, our generosity towards women has been completely taken advantage of by today’s women. Please think about this, before you act in your usual generous ways towards undeserving women. More often than not,it is no longer justified. It has become most harmful to men’s cause by now. I wish I did not have to say these things, but I feel I must.

  3. More evidence that these women don’t actually want real equality at all, and never did.

The ‘we just want EQUALITY’ slogan that has been at the forefront of dishonest and misleading campaigning for decades is shown up as the manipulative tool and device it always was.

And is further revealed as such from their own mouths too.
