When someone achieves a position on the basis of experience and qualifications it is usual practise to have sight of a curriculum vitae and the original university examination certificates. What is the procedure when hiring cabinet members solely on the basis of genitalia? It must have been a most undignified (or unverified) procedure indeed.

In Scotland all main political party leaders are female. Two at least are Lesbian. Ruling SNP cabinet is 50/50 gender decreed.
