An invitation to post comments on George Lawlor’s article

George Lawlor is the estimable Warwick University student of politics and sociology, who objected to being summoned to a ‘Consent Training Session’. His original article is here, I’ve just posted a couple of comments, and invite you to add one or two – or more – of your own. Let’s show George some well-deserved support.

  1. Great to see you commenting on such articles and educating feminists Mike, but it’s best to move on once they’ve proved that they’re beyond help and aren’t interested in a rational discussion. They’re deliberately trying to waste your time.

  2. I note that the feminazis have nothing with which to answer comments other than straw men, non sequiturs, stock phrases, abuse and sneers.

Whatever the merits of those replies supporting George, the example of men speaking out and not fearing the waspish and witless tongues of overgrown children can only encourage others, and impress those journalists who keep an eye on such matters.

  3. I commented and read with interest. I have to say I’m ambivalent about these consent classes. They are clearly politically motivated . However I do think young men need to understand that the offences under the 2002 Act are not what people commonly understand as “rape” or “assault”. So they are aware of how vulnerable they are. And I think , unlike the classes in school to boys, it does no harm for young men to be brought face to face with the ” all men are rapists ” brand . For many years feminists have posed as benign and often disowned their extreme sistas. However the spread of these classes endorsed by their institutions shows young men that this benign image is not true . As with this writer a think it will expose young men to misandry which otherwise they may not be confronted with much later in life ( with children, divorce or discrimination at work). In a way the classes give an opportunity for a “red pill” moment. Good on George and I hope many more start looking more closely at this prompted by the spread of such classes.
