  1. …As a way of “showing committment” to the women who are “committed to serve” is as nice a piece of inventive management twaddle speak as I’ve ever heard.
    Perhaps in reality it’s just a method of getting them out of the way for a while?
    In any event it’ll provide more grist to the grievance industry mill when it’s shortly realised that so many weeks of absence
    will result in reduced opportunities for training, experience and promotion.
    You can’t win.
    But then, you’re not supposed to.
