The ‘Mirror’ has pulled the comments stream on their article about the all-women audience at the BBC Radio Nottingham Ashfield hustings

Yesterday the Mirror published an insightful piece about the shameful decision of BBC Radio Nottingham to have an all-women audience for their Ashfield hustings. The piece attracted a lot of comments, almost all expressing outrage at the BBC’s anti-male decision.

Our thanks to eagle-eyed Claire for spotting that the Mirror has today pulled the comments stream from the piece. The censored piece is here.

Hmm, I wonder if anyone in the Labour party requested this cynical piece of censorship?

If anyone can track down a record of the comments, we’ll publish them. Thank you.

  1. Just tried viewing the comments here, the comments software had a problem loading the first time but eventually worked after a page reload. So just a technical glitch rather than anything sinister.
