  1. Although Cameron is well-deserving of his “Toady” I’d also like to make a (dis)honourable mention for the editor of the Radio Times, which has pedalled a consistently toadying line towards feminism for years, and today’s edition is the worst yet. Some of the triumphalist language used would be condemned by everybody if it was used in relation to any other demographic than women.

  2. Shouldn’t the award Toady of the Year (2014) be made in early January 2015? Just in case, that is, an even more deserving candidate than Mr Cameron emerges during the final third of the present year, or Mr Cameron provides J4MB with additional reasons between now and early January 2015 for honouring him in this way, which could have been included on his certificate?

Am I right in thinking that, for the tiny cost of a loss of alliteration, the Whining Woman of the Month honour has recently been renamed Whining Feminist of the Month, and with retrospective effect? Nice touch! Just the renaming of the award ought to nail the fiction that J4MB is misogynistic. Renaming the WWM as the WFM retrospectively was simply wizard, because it also proves that J4MB has never been misogynistic after all.
