Mark Brooks talks about male victims of domestic violence on Channel 5 Live

Mark Brooks, chairman of Mankind Initiative, made a solid contribution to last Friday’s lengthy (48 minute long) – more importantly, interesting and compassionate – piece on a BBC Radio 5 Live piece about male victims of domestic violence. We invite you to leave comments on the piece on our YouTube channel (link below) rather than here – look for the file dated 9 May 2014. Below the video you’ll see a time breakdown of the various elements in the programme.

  1. Could I encourage any readers to support MANKIND or any others of the small group of poorly funded groups for men caught up in these forms of abuse . One of the tragedies of this work is that many men themselves don’t value themselves enough to realise they don’t ” deserve” abusive
behaviour .Please at least visit Mankind,Esteem, Amis , Amen and others to support them.
