  2. The problem with all this is that in ‘the land of the gentlemen’,even the male judges discriminate against other men and privilege women. Why? because they were taught to behave like that since childhood. To act in a gentlemanly fashion,a man is supposed to,expected to treat women in a special,more lenient manner,across the board. It is so ingrained in the male psyche,that it perverts the course of justice,literally. Therefore,this unnatural and obviously unfair custom needs to be removed from the norms of social conduct. How else do men expect to get equal treatment and justice? if one wants women to be treated in a gentlemany fashion (ie. preferential way) one can’t be surprised if women do get preferential,more lenient treatment as a result..One can’t have it both ways,can he ?
