My thanks to GE for bringing the following to my attention. She saw some parallels with her own life, originally being very career-focused – she went into engineering, encouraged by a feminist mother. She’s now a stay-at-home mother with two young children, and says she’s never been happier.
In my view, the problem is not men learning to accept ’empowered women’; it’s ’empowered women’ (and society in general) learning to accept blue-collar men.
