MGTOW: Men Going Their Own Way

An increasing number of men are sick to death of the ever-worsening discriminations faced by men in many areas of life, and the ever-increasing privileges accorded to women. It would be surprising if more men over time didn’t opt for a greater degree of self-determination, and an increasing number are identifying as MGTOWs (Men Going Their Own Way). So I was interested to see ‘A Voice for Men’ today published the first in a series of articles on the MGTOW phenomenon, starting with an article by the veteran men’s human rights advocate and MGTOW, Peter Wright. Enjoy:

British men collectively pay 72% of the income taxes which largely finance the state which assaults them, by its actions and inactions. As more men become MGTOWs they will pay less income tax. At some point politicians will have no choice but to recognise more and more of their paymasters – men – are going on strike.

  1. I think the state will respond with a bachelor tax (apparently it’s already on the cards in Germany). There is already talk of scrapping the 25% Council Tax discount for single people in the UK. Technically, single men already pay taxes to support women and children who don’t even know they exist. But there will probably come a point when single men realise that their true purpose in society is one of unreciprocated utility.

    • Thanks Peter. You’re right, of course. The state has encouraged women to replace male partners as providers, by male taxpayers as providers. And that draws in married men too – THEIR true purpose in society is utility, too. Men collectively pay 72% of the income tax collected in the UK, women only 28%. Women make ‘choices’, and men pay the bills.

      • I agree, but I assume most men in strong, secure relationships would bite the bullet.

I think it’s pretty conclusive that ‘male taxpayer providers’ have no real stake in society and become passive members of the community and workplace, only earning enough to get by. I wonder if it will ever be known how much of an impact this has had on markets, technology and innovation?

Also, as women gain overwhelming purchasing power, how far has trade been distorted towards soft goods and ‘petty consumables’?
