It’s official. Women’s votes are worth more than men’s votes

An extract from a Daily Mail piece about the government shelving plans to raise the motorway speed limit from 70mph to 80mph:

The Prime Minister’s inner circle is said to  fear that an increase in the speed limit could alienate women voters. Polls have  shown a majority of drivers would support the move, but significant numbers of  women were against it. (my emphasis)

Mr Hammond had originally announced the plan  at the 2011 Tory party conference, saying the 70mph limit had resulted in  millions of motorists routinely breaking the law, undermining the principle of  policing by consent.

He said: ‘The limit was introduced way back  in 1965 – when the typical family car was a Ford Anglia.’

He claimed a rise to 80mph would ‘restore the  legitimacy’ of the system and benefit the economy by ‘hundreds of millions of  pounds’.

The Daily Mail piece:

About Mike Buchanan

I'm a men's human rights advocate, writer, and publisher. My primary focus is leading the political party I launched in 2013, Justice for Men & Boys (and the women who love them). I still work actively on two campaigns I launched in early 2012, Campaign for Merit in Business and the Anti-Feminism League. In 2014 I launched The Alternative Sexism Project, aiming to raise public understanding that the sexism faced by men and boys has far more grievous consequences than the sexism faced by women and girls.

  • I think that we are near the point of finding Proof for The Heffalump Conjecture – politicians, independent of ideology, in the presence of multiple verified facts and one Woozle will seek to fund Woozle related activity where either Woozle or funded activity emotively leads to increased votes and tenure in office.

At least politicians are now having to become a tad more honest and let it be known that they want the female vote more than the male vote. Could it be that the old chestnuts of supposedly liberating women are no longer working so the Safety Card has to be played?

  • if men insist on being gentlemen, extending preferential treatment to women, then everything women do will be looked at with preference, including voting. Forget gentlemanly manners, they belong to a time when just about all women were stay-at-home mothers and wives. Not to a time when women compete against men on every level and even conspire to criminalize men’s natural behaviour and expell fathers from family life, while still having to paying for it. This is NO TIME FOR PLAYING GENTLEMEN !
