Dr Janice Fiamengo, a professor of English at the University of Ottawa, last night gave a talk at the University of Toronto about the politicisation of academia by militant feminists, a topic which should concern all citizens – as the taxpayers who finance these social engineering initiatives, for one thing – and not only academics. The politicisation of academia is said to be rife across the developed world, and it has (inevitably) led to the appointment of women to academic posts when better-qualified men were available for appointment. The result has been only too predictable – a marked decline in the quality of academic work in many fields.
‘A Voice for Men’ is going to cover the Toronto presentation and related matters in detail over coming days, but they’ve just put up a short video of an interview with Dr Fiamengo, downloadable here:

We salute Dr Fiamengo for her integrity and courage in making public statements about this important topic.
