WHAT are the BBC THINKING? Biological Man Ranked in Top 100 Most Inspiring Women

Interesting piece (video, 9:36) by Mark Dolan for GB News. Unfortunately Tracey Emin, ‘professor’ of drawing at the Royal Academy since 2011 despite being unable to draw or create any art requiring talent, also makes the BBC “100 Most Inspiring Women” list. One of the chapters in my international bestseller Feminism: The Ugly Truth (2015) was titled, “Are some feminists (e.g. Tracey Emin) a pain in the arts?”

Coronation Street star Sean Wilson says world ‘blown apart’ by assault allegation

Our thanks to a supporter for this. He writes:

“Ex-Corrie actor Sean Wilson – I want to ask where is his “justice”? This mirrors my own case, accused, investigated but never charged. As bad as this is, it could have been a lot worse and this is not lost on me every day wrt my own false rape accusation.

The complainant will have been called a “victim” all through this investigation, a sexual offence (which may never have happened) will have been recorded in the home office crime statistics and will appear in official records, the complainant will also be eligible for tax payer funded compensation under the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.   All good if you can get it,  but men falsely accused get nothing – no support anywhere from anyone.

And it looks like he has lost future work because of it. I hope he takes some legal action against ITV because it seems there could be a claim here for unfair dismissal – this is a really important point about the presumption of innocence, really he could bring a very important employment law test case here if what he is saying really happened.”

Argentina Confronts a Crisis of False Allegations: Justice Minister Pushes for Reform

Our thanks to Carlos for this:

He writes:

Hello Mike,

My name is Carlos, and I am a victim of false accusations that have devastated my life and family. As someone who has endured the immense personal and legal challenges stemming from these unfounded claims, I want to bring attention to the recent developments in Argentina that could serve as a turning point for all of us fighting against false accusations, especially in the context of parental alienation.

Argentina’s Justice Minister, Mariano Cúneo Libarona, has recently supported a pioneering legislative proposal to impose stricter penalties on false accusations, particularly in cases of gender violence, sexual abuse, and crimes involving minors. These reforms aim to restore trust in the justice system and prevent the misuse of legal processes that often leave innocent individuals, like myself, fighting for years to clear their names.

I believe this movement has the potential to inspire similar initiatives in other countries. By sharing this story and the groundbreaking efforts happening in Argentina, I hope to spark conversations and encourage organizations and governments globally to pursue meaningful legal reforms that protect both genuine victims and those wrongfully accused.

I’d be honored if you could help share this story (please see PDF attached) to shed light on the broader issue of false accusations and the need for justice reform. Thank you for your time and for amplifying the voices of those affected.

Warm regards,
Carlos
