Our thanks to Douglas for this news as well as the myopic and hysterical Guardian take on the matter!
Good work, Betsy!

In a classic act of civil disobedience, somebody in Phillip Island has amended a White Ribbon sign to read simply “We must end violence”.
More details here.
In an utterly outrageous statement released by Asia Argento’s attourney, in order to rebuff Jimmy Bennet’s claim against her of statutory rape, it is claimed that the boy attacked her in the event in question.
More details on the case (including a revealing selfie that really answers Argento’s counter-allegation itself) can be found in The Daily Mail.

He writes “If a man and a woman got drunk and had sex, the woman had been raped and the man was guilty. Prior to this, while the man could not equally claim to have been raped, it was a defence that he was too drunk to be responsible.

Our thanks to Douglas for this link detailing an unusual case wherein, apparently, a mother has been victimised by a VAWA legislation-wielding estranged husband.
Our thanks to James for this link.
Our thanks to James for this link. It raises some reasonable concerns – about the rises in anorexia and steroid use in men – and is, I think, correct in noticing an uptake in ‘self-improvement’ for men. It even acknowledges the impact of a culture that insists that masculinity should be ‘detoxified’…
However, it is saturated with male-shaming language.
Our thanks to James for this link and our thanks to Piers Morgan for telling it like it is!
Our thanks to James for this link to a piece by Nichi Hodgson (who you may remember from getting James Whale removed from TalkRADIO).
The suggestion that women should practice hypergamy is rather dull and tired. However, what I find interesting is the suggestion that women should/claim that they are taking the initiative to begin romantic overtures themselves. I suspect that online training in such practices could well influence offline behaviour in women – and in an age of #MeToo where men are concerned about how it will be interpreted if they make the first move, it may be a welcome development.
