Our thanks to Ken for this. Ms Atunse smashed her car into a Mini Cooper before landing in a row of hedges,. She was driving without insurance, failed to provide a sufficient breath sample despite being given multiple opportunities, and upon arriving at hospital refused to provide a blood sample. Nothing to be suspicious of there, no siree! Her defence solicitor said:
“She did not have much recollection of the entire process other than being very frightened and scared [J4MB: Frightened AND scared, not just one or the other.] She has accepted that she was in possession of cocaine on the day [J4MB: That’s good of her.] but says: ‘I need to get this out of the way and I need to get on with my life’.”
