Misanthropic Feminism: How and why the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) sexually discriminates against men in uncorroborated rape cases where the complainant claims that they were voluntarily intoxicated.

Our thanks to Sean BW Parker for this (PDF). The piece of interest is over pp.75-100. The author is Dr Michael Naughton, his bio on the first page of the piece:

“Dr Michael Naughton is a Reader in Sociology and Law across the Law School and the School of Sociology, Politics, and International Studies (SPAIS) at the University of Bristol, UK. He has researched and written extensively on the limitations and/or outright failings of the criminal justice system to emphasize the likely scale, causes, and forms of harm associated with ‘miscarriages of justice,’ with a particular focus on the wrongful conviction and/or imprisonment of factually innocent victims.”

Dr Naughton is the driving force between the Empowering the Innocent initiative. Their YouTube channel is here.

Mansplaining discussed by Ann Widdecombe and a miserable feminist ‘comedian’ (BBC Radio 4, 2016). File #174 of 800+ files on the J4MB YouTube channel.

Today’s file is here (7:00).

Over a period of more than two years we’re posting links to one video daily from the J4MB YouTube channel. The channel includes our media appearances since 2012, 300+ videos of talks and other materials from the International Conferences on Men’s Issues (2014 – ) and other men’s issues conferences we’ve been involved with, and so much more. The individual conference playlists are here.

Our website Campaign for Merit in Business was created in the light of the considerable evidence of a causal link between increasing gender diversity on boards and corporate financial decline. Mike Buchanan, Steve Moxon and Dr Catherine Hakim (the originator of Preference Theory) presented evidence to House of Commons and House of Lords inquiries in 2012, the video of their House of Commons evidence session is here (56:50).

Finally, we run the award-winning website Laughing at Feminists. The related comedy channel (170+ videos) is here. Remember, it’s more than important to laugh at feminists, it’s a civic duty.

Should women be barred from paid employment? Father who drove 285 miles to take his driving test fails after female examiner refused to sit in passenger seat because it had ‘a few drops of rain on it’.

Our thanks to Gary for this. An extract:

“The examiner refused to sit in the ‘damp’ seat and declined an offer of a blanket to sit on, Mr Carrol claimed.

After trying and failing to convince the examiner, he was told the test had been terminated and he would have to rebook.

The shift manager, from Chichester, West Sussex, said: ‘It was just a few raindrops, and she patted it and said she couldn’t do it.”

Gary writes:

“I’m beginning to think women should be barred from paid employment.”

Joanne Sharples, 40, unqualified driving instructor ‘who helped almost 50 learners pass their tests’ admits fraud and must repay £6,000 to students

Our thanks to Jeff for this. The start of the piece:

“A married mother-of-three who masqueraded as a qualified driving instructor has been convicted of fraud – despite helping almost 50 learners to pass their tests.

Joanne Sharples, 40, boasted of having a ‘passion for teaching’ and being ‘patient, calm and understanding’ with learners.

However she faced up to three years jail after being caught charging over £6,000 for driving lessons when she had not passed all the relevant tutoring exams herself.

But Sharples walked free with unpaid work after a court heard she was ‘frightened to leave the house’ after being exposed.” [J4MB emphasis]

How white men have been sidelined by a £10bn corporate gravy train of ‘diversity, equality and inclusion’… and the horrific toll it’s taken, by an ex-BBC reporter who exposes the difficult facts

Our thanks to Ken for this (Mail, £). The article writer is Tim Samuels, who many years ago hosted Men’s Hour on BBC radio. I posted a number of pieces on him and the programme. He refused to have any MRAs on his show, and was highly praised by Jenni Murray (Woman Sour host) in the Radio Times.

‘Kindness cost him his life’: Polly Murphy, 42, guilty of hotel room murder of her partner, 47-year-old James Self, in 2023

Our thanks to Nigel for this. He writes:

“Some of the appalling details here London woman Polly Murphy guilty of Clacton hotel room murder – BBC News. “After the jury delivered its verdict, Self’s mother, Ashe, said: ‘Like so many men, James was embarrassed by the control and violence being inflicted on him. Sadly, he would never come forward to seek help.'” This murder a culmination of many “incidents”.

It’s an easy thing to deny men justice by doing nothing to invite them to even approach authorities. Were there even a third of the effort put into helping women, it would make a difference. Yet the reality is it’s given practically zero effort and resources. Contrast that with all the help for women and the policy of not even punishing women and closing all women’s prisons! Making this case of a not suspended custodial sentence all the more rare. Imagine the unlikelihood of a father having his children’s feelings being considered.”
