Police officers to be told they must get work licence or face dismissal

Our thanks to Warren for this. The start of the piece:

“Every police officer in England and Wales will be required to hold a licence to be able to continue working, the Home Office has said.

They will have to prove they have the right skills in issues such as tackling violence against women and girls [J4MB emphasis: Hmm, who will train them in ‘the right skills’?] or face being removed from their job, under the terms of a phased scheme similar to ones for lawyers or doctors.”

Warren writes:

“Had to get in touch with you about this one. According to the BBC article, Shabana Mahmood’s concerns about police mishandling of Tel Aviv football fans appears to have rapidly morphed into police being required to hold ‘licences’ in having the ‘right skills’ to tackle violence against women and girls (and the lies therein every CPS report on VAWG). That should tie in nicely with the upcoming ‘no jury’ kangaroo courts.”

  1. Exactly. This comes after the abolition of the Police and Crime Commissioners. It should be noted that both the “targets” for Police forces and the requirements for registration as a Police officer will be dictated nationally. So we have a process of centralisation and removing any local control. Now the PCCs have attracted little real attention nationally but have had an impact in many areas. They are elected and are not necessarily from the mainstream parties or the same as the ruling Party. Their removal and the centralisation will tighten the control of the Westminster bubble. Given the current ruling Party’s stated priorities on VAWG and closing women’s prisons the priorities are will further push to get Police to charge and “build cases” (aka fiddle evidence) in Domestic Abuse, Sexual offences cases. No doubt there will continue to be a priority on “misogyny” as well as pressure to not prosecute women who have offended but can be “re-directed” awa from the criminal justice system. And indeed though the Scottish Gov. and now Lammy have found the Legal professions resistant to stripping defendants of the protection of Jury trials, the idea will return.

And of course one can see that the need to renew registration through attending the right courses will favour those able to parrot the right ideological line (dictated from Westminster) and get pieces of paper. So we’ll see more and more laptop savvy officers (probably more women ) continue and get advancement, those happier trawling social media for “hate incidents” sitting in offices or trawling CCTV. Rather than getting out on the streets where they may have to deal with the rough young men that are the majority of the criminal fraternity. More occasions like the notorious one at Manchester Airport where two slight female officers were brushed aside leaving one male offer trying to subdue (successfully in fact) two violent young men.

A final point; over the years it has been my observation that the smaller county forces are the ones that have had campaigns about male victims of Domestic Abuse. The big “Metropolitan” forces appear much more wedded to the “Gendered” approach. Erasing these smaller more thoughtful forces is likely to further spread the ideology from its metropolitan strongholds.

Long and short of it, more centralised ideologically driven control of the Police. However imperfect the PCCs at least they were elected and could deviate from dictates from the Gov. of the day. Labour is busy “delaying” lots of elections they are projected to lose, with PCCs they are abolishing another potential site of Reform success. Dismantling piece by piece the potential for deviation/opposition to their ideological control.

  2. The BBC article invites us to believe a conflation of VAWG with the unlikely concerns of the Home Secretary, a practicing Muslim (“A belief which is central to her identity and public service”) towards Israeli football fans.

It is a gaslighting woozle which almost beggars belief. But feminists, the useful idiots of totalitarianism, have been getting away with this for too long now. There’s only one way this is likely to go. The public announcement has occurred for a reason – to identify ‘enemies’ of this intent to brainwash police authority into accepting the lies of the VAWG statistics. (Here, Starmer, from his days as Head of the CPS, is complicit in the rigged figures, through the 2012 Levitt Report.) The ‘solution’ to the Home Secretary’s ‘concerns’ that these fibricated figures aren’t getting more men behind bars is to take ‘remedial’ action – through issuing ‘licences’ which will require an abject compliance to feminist doctrine.

Objectors can now be identified and politically assassinated. Male victims of false accusation (a useful means, incidentally, of women ‘getting ahead’ by destroying male careers), can now be processed by trials which won’t require juries, if she gets her way. (It’s almost a strange perversion of Islam, where a man’s word will count for nothing against that of a woman).

Meanwhile, she intends to close women’s prisons.

The book, ‘The Rape of the Mind‘ was written by Joost Meerloo in 1956, long before the advent of third wave feminism. It does, however, take apart the techniques of totalitarianism. Kindle copies were under a quid last year. I’m not sure if that’s still the case, but it’s still worth reading. Each and every page has become the feminist playbook. It begins like this:

“A fantastic thing is happening in our world. Today, a man is no longer punished for crimes he has, in fact, committed. Now, he may be compelled to confess to crimes that have been conjured up by his judges, who use his confession for political purposes.”

Haven’t you got that the wrong way round? Would you like me to edit your comments accordingly?
