Janine Naomi Graham, 43, charged over death threats to ex’s new girlfriend – suspended sentence, because vagina

Our thanks to Nigel for this. He writes:

“From Derry in Northern Ireland. Of course she gets a suspended gaol term despite the Judge declaring the threats serious. Reverse the sexes and imagine such leniency for a man.

“From Derry in Northern Ireland. I also noted this because the woman threatened her exe’s new girlfriend because “her intent she explained, was to irritate her former partner. Threatening him directly, she said, would not have had the desired effect.” Which reflects the reality that men don’t think of “words as violence” in the same way women do and therefore the feminist informed Police and Criminal Justice System does. So you can see men unlikely to report such behaviours as “abuse” and if they do are likely to be treated by male officers as needing to “man up” rather than victims of an offence.

In effect had this woman targeted her ex partner he would probably simply ignored her or been ignored by anyone who he reported it to. Whereas his current partner did think it abuse, did report it and did get a conviction. A two tier system in action. Enabled in part by the absence of any Gov. campaign telling men they too have the right to not be harassed or abused. This right exists in law but unlike for women there are no huge efforts to tell men to access their legal rights.

When I was involved in a small helpline and support service for abused men it was often the women in abused men’s lives who called or approached services first. Sisters, Mothers, new partners. Able to give their loved one’s abuse a “label” and therefore seek support. Of course the feminists ride a deep wave of gynocentrism in the nature or socialisation of males but they also very deliberately ensure little is done to inform boys and men of their actual rights. Even though decades of research confirm the massive “underreporting” of abuse experienced by males.”
