Transfers of the ownerships of five blogs

A quick note to inform followers of this website that I have just transferred ownership of a number of my blogs to a younger MRA who’s a good friend, so in the event of my untimely departure from this mortal coil – hopefully, many years hence – they’ll continue to exist indefinitely. The sites include Justice for Men & Boys, Campaign for Merit in Business, Laughing at Feminists, Men Shouldn’t Marry and The Alternative Sexism Project.

Mike Buchanan debates sexism with two feminists (Kaye Adams Show, BBC Radio Scotland, 2016). File #140 of 800+ files on the J4MB YouTube channel.

Today’s file is here (14:55).

Over a period of more than two years we’re posting links to one video daily from the J4MB YouTube channel. The channel includes our media appearances since 2012, 300+ videos of talks and other materials from the International Conferences on Men’s Issues (2014 – ) and other men’s issues conferences we’ve been involved with, and so much more. The individual conference playlists are here.

Our website Campaign for Merit in Business was created in the light of the considerable evidence of a causal link between increasing gender diversity on boards and corporate financial decline. Mike Buchanan, Steve Moxon and Dr Catherine Hakim (the originator of Preference Theory) presented evidence to House of Commons and House of Lords inquiries in 2012, the video of their House of Commons evidence session is here (56:50).

Finally, we run the award-winning website Laughing at Feminists. The related comedy channel (170+ videos) is here. Remember, it’s more than important to laugh at feminists, it’s a civic duty.

Green party plans to punish male members who correct women

A piece (£) just published by the Telegraph. An extract:

“Men who correct women could face disciplinary action under plans being considered by the Green Party.

Party bosses are considering a proposal to broaden the Greens’ definition of misogyny to the point that “any disagreement” between the sexes could lead to the man facing a sanction.

The revelation is included in an internal 53-page report on legal and reputational risk to the party, which has been leaked to the Telegraph.”

This should come as no surprise to any of us. Women regularly charge men they disagree with, with the heinous crime of misogyny, in a bid to silence them. The best response is to laugh at them, I find.

Mother who killed her sons, six and eight, in school run crash after she messaged partner saying ‘my tyre is going flat again’ is spared jail

Our thanks to Ken for this. A tragic case, an example of women’s lack of agency.

Reform now has more members than Labour

A piece on the BBC, with the sniffy headline “Reform claims to now have more members than Labour”. The start of the piece:

“Reform UK claims it is now the largest political party in Britain, following reports Labour has lost more members.

According to the Times newspaper, internal figures show Labour’s membership has fallen below 250,000.

Reform said it had more than 268,000 paid-up members, which would mean it has overtaken Labour to become the biggest party by membership in the UK.

Labour refused to comment on the accuracy of the membership figures in the Times, with a spokesperson saying they would be published in the party’s annual report.”

I’m a member of Reform UK and I invite you to become one, if you’re not already one. The membership options are:

Under 25 – £10.00 p.a.

Member – £25.00 p.a.

Patrons’ Club – £1.000.00 p.a.

Leaders’ Club – £10,000.00 p.a.

Mother of five, 40, had £19,000 of lottery tickets when police turned up

Our thanks to Jeff for this. Mothers of children must know they face negligible prospect of being incarcerated, refardless of the crimes they commit. Fathers of children experience no such leniency.

Matt Goodwin: “The Hypocrisy of NHS Progressives.”

Interesting. I’ve posted the following comments:

“Matt, thanks for this excellent piece – it is indeed a scandal that we are poaching doctors from poor countries.

There’s an angle you don’t touch on, but it’s apt that the image of a rejected potential medical student is that of a man. Since the 1970s the medical schools have preferenced female candidates over male candidates, and the ratio of medical students has been 2:1 in favour of women for half a century.

Women who complete medical studies are more likely than the men never to practise medicine. Female doctors are far more likely than male doctors to work part-time, whether or not they have children. They tend to to choose certain lines of work, and not work unsocial hours. The results are most obvious in the GP service, where over 50% of doctors are female and the proportion is rising as older male doctors retire. The GP service has long been in crisis as a direct result. Much of the rest of the NHS has been in crisis as a direct result.

A proportionate and rational measure would be for state-funded medical training to be limited to men for 20 years, longer if necessary.”
