  1. While the criticism of the BBC’s recent coverage is accurate and justified, it overlooks the elephant in the room—the massive, systemic issue that deserves far more attention.

Much of the outrage focuses on those who speak little English or have non-white skin (even if their family roots in this country stretch back further than mine). But what about the 48%?

For over 25 years, the UK’s men’s rights movement has documented—and occasionally fought against—the rampant misandry and feminist bias permeating the BBC. One activist devoted more than a decade to exposing it. Men have been relentlessly portrayed in the public consciousness as little better than Enemy Number One. An entire generation has grown up without any counterbalance to this narrative, denied the basic equality—or even humane treatment—that should be their right.

The BBC isn’t unique in this failing, of course. But if taxpayers had been fairly represented, the private legacy media couldn’t have sustained its systematic erosion of men’s expectations for dignified treatment. Feminism—a fringe ideology rejected by the vast majority—wouldn’t have gained such unchecked airtime. When advocate for men’s rights Mike Buchanan of J4MB was interviewed, he wouldn’t have faced a token feminist opponent every time; instead, a government minister would have had to account for betraying nearly half the electorate—and license fee payers.

Yes, the BBC is deeply flawed. But compared to the ideological poison it has peddled for decades—stoking the Gender War that feminists waged on us all—its distortions about a foreign president’s intentions seem trivial by comparison.

    • Thanks Douglas, I couldn’t agree more. The BBC is rotten to the core. The notion that firing the DG and the Head of News will make a difference is for the birds. Just look at the defences put up for the Panorama programme, and comments about BBC bias by John Simpson, Nick Robinson and others. In needs to be abolished, at best, and become a subscription service for lefties, at worst. They can then have a TV channel to accompany The Guardian, but at least they’ll be paying for it!

    • She can’t budget, she has spent all of YOUR money, and now she’d like you to feel sorry for her and give her lots more. The BBC is ever obliging with a bleeding heart.

No, it isn’t Rachel. It’s one of her welfare dependents, the single mums with four kids.

A time is coming when folks are going to tire of going to work so that they can raise the kids of others.
