  1. This is very good to see. However, it does certainly remain to be seen how these hyper-liberals and notorious misandrists walk a tightrope of addressing men and boy’s issues while continuing to placate, appease and kiss the asses of females.

  2. This is interesting. As far as I know the first such survey since a series were done earlier this century. With much the same findings. Boys have to tolerate abuse because we are blinded to their actual experience. (20+) Facebook

Of course this shouldn’t be surprising because earlier this century, following from concern in the USA about “Dating Abuse” in High School ages, there were a series of large scale research projects in the UK. All found similarly “surprising” results confounding the researchers “gendered” theory. In norther Ireland “Attitudes of Young People Towards Domestic Violence” Published by the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety 2007 following research done by the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency. Mirrored “Young People’s Attitudes Towards Gendered Violence (2005) Published by NHS Scotland led By Michelle Burman and Fred Cartmel Dept of Sociology, Anthropology and Applied Social Science. University of Glasgow. “Partner Exploytation and Violence in Teenage Relationships” NSPCC 2009. research in south west England Christine Barter, Melanie McCarry, David Berridge and Katy Evans of Bristol University. “Domestic Violence in Adolescent Relationships 2006 Safer Southwark Partnership researched Nina Schutt. All found the same “surprising” pattern as this. As did this later research in Wales “Dating and relationship violence victimization and perpetration among 11–16 year olds in Wales: a cross-sectional analysis of the School Health Research Network (SHRN) survey” 2019 Researchers; Honor Young , Sara Jayne Long , G J Melendez-Torres , Hyun Sue Kim , Gillian Hewitt , Simon Murphy , Graham F Moore. As a number of them pointed out this should be addressed for the sake of the Girls who rely too heavily on the boys tolerance of being abused in these ways (“its just something that happens”) and if the boy loses patience and retaliates they may get hurt. All being feminist and hypothesising the reverse the authors had no sympathy for the boys nor any analysis to offer why their theory was wrong according to the data! Whereas anyone with any common sense can see the socialisation to never hit, upset or be unkind to girls is likely to show in a tolerance for poor behaviour as somehow something to be “sucked up” as part of “manning up”.
