A letter to The Guardian titled, “It’s still a struggle for women to reach the top”. Maybe because there are far fewer women than men well-equipped for “the top”, and the causal link between increasing gender diversity on corporate boards and financial decline? Just a thought…

  1. And it isn’t for “men”? After all a tiny number are at the top, whatever their sex. I won’t repeat the pages long list of special adjustments, psychological, physiological, social and practical supports that feminists demand women get “support” with. But it actually makes a perfectly logical case for not employing women in any role that requires someone focussed, dedicated to results and who actually turns up to work !
