Good news. A reminder that in this country there are a variety of similar “orders” that are applied without the test of evidence. The clever twist in them is that the order is “civil” but breaking the order’s provisions (eg trying to contact spouse or children or being seen nearby) is criminal and so the man can swiftly become a criminal without any evidence at all other than an accusation. And who will then believe a bloke with a “criminal record”?
False accusation is RAMPANT here in the USA. Politicians REFUSE to take action on this because it might offend their female constituency. They won’t even address it. How false accusation can complete ruin a man for life is beyond appalling and disgusting.

Thanks mp, agreed. Maximum damage with zero accountability, no wonder women love it!
