  1. Females are biologically programmed to avoid stress, in order to protect their fertility. Facilitating their entry into high pressure jobs isn’t doing anyone any favours.

    It’s all to do with how they process cortisol. Where there’s oestrogen around, they just can’t handle it. By contrast, male performance improves under stress. Testosterone allows deactivation of the cortisol receptors. [Debra A Bngasser et al, Molecular Psychiatry, 15, 896 – 904 (2010)].

    But, to gain access to the top jobs, feminist doctrine requires that men and women are simply interchangeable units of social machinery, ignoring all evidence to the contrary.

    It’s becoming increasingly difficult to ignore.
