I note Paul O’Dwyer died having gone back into the water to try to rescue the others and a passer by Joel Williams ;”When Joel saw a woman, who was Andrea, he immediately stripped off and dived off the riverbank wall to try to save her,” the judge adds. A man the Judge said he deserved “tangible recognition”.
