1. each year about half of the “stalking” cases that get prosecuted are men stalked by women. Given the propensity for men to put up with or ignore harassment or even violence from women I’d assume this means that in reality men are the majority of actual victims of this. The cases that get to court tend to be of famous or successful men stalked in a sort of hyper hypergamy. And by successful this may mean simply in a good job. In a way this should be unsurprising as particularly at younger ages females do get obsessed with males they believe should be “theirs” ( see successive boy bands/ pop stars).
