I described in my international bestseller The Marriage Delusion: the fraud of the rings? how in 2010 an all-male sitting of the Supreme Court accepted a pre-nuptial agreement, the first time this had happened in the UK. They did so in order to protect the fortune of wealthy German heiress Katrin Radmacher from her far less wealthy husband, details here.

Interesting. I think we can safely say more than one in seven women are whiners, so being of the female persuasion doesn’t make it harder to succeed. Indeed it makes it easier, at least in terms of career advancement.
