Six in seven female managers say their gender hasn’t made it harder to succeed

Interesting. I think we can safely say more than one in seven women are whiners, so being of the female persuasion doesn’t make it harder to succeed. Indeed it makes it easier, at least in terms of career advancement.

  1. just to note that 1 in 14 men and 1 in 7 female managers “feel” this. Point a. is of course that feeling something isn’t a good guide to it being true. But b. even if it were the results throughout this report show it’s a small minority and generally this is so for both sexes. But of course they don’t look at the men who say they experience this difficulty. The fact they exist shows this is no so clearly about discrimination against women.
