Where in fact though self harm may be proportionately lower more men are actually self harming and of course where there is a big problem of suicide. “Many women offenders have suffered huge amounts of trauma. Often the way they mask that is through drugs, alcohol, bad relationships” a good description of a huge proportion of the inmates of the male transit prison (where they go after sentencing and prior to going to their longer term prison) in the area I worked.

The entire premise of DEI is no different to the 1961 short story ‘Harrison Bergeron’ by Kurt Vonnegut.
