  1. Those ladies were up against it. As I know from having lived there, Australia is middle class to a fault. Very few Australians take any real interest in anything. You earn money, pay the bills, maybe you follow a sport (sort of, and without any obvious passion for it)… and that, basically, is it. ‘What’s this… a women-only sports bar? Nah, not interested.’ So, as I said, those ladies were up against it.
