GOOD!! This idiotic and grossly anti Male piece of garbage was proposed because of the legions of unhappy, sexless, discontented single women out there that have zero chance of getting sex from a man so they must rely on their flea and disease-ridden cats!

Well done the Scottish Solicitors Bar Association in their opposition “Our opposition was a principled campaign based on a simple premise: either all of us matter or none of us matter. Once you start taking away some people’s rights, it never ends there.” The so called “Justice Secretary” Angela Constance should resign for attempting to undermine basic rights. Again a typical feminist world view where taking away some fundamental protections, genuine Human Rights, is just fine if those humans happen to be male. The minister proposed a change that denied male defendants “the fundamental principle that an accused person is innocent until their guilt is proven beyond reasonable doubt” the SSBA described the pilot scheme as a “dangerous proposal”. Yet she’ll have no shame and no doubt will continue to try to undermine justice. As the SSBA say she is saying that males do not matter.
