Emma Bayley, 42, jailed for three years and nine months after pleading guilty to committing an act with intent to pervert the course of public justice.

Interesting. There should be far more prosecutions of women making false rape allegations, which destroy so many men’s lives, and hefty prison sentences. In this case the victim lost his job and his marriage broke down.

  1. I see the poor guy repeats the manta “undermining all those genuine victims of rape by doing so.” Something that is repeated despite there being no evidence at all that such cases do anything of the sort. The ebb and flow of reports to the police follows exactly campaigns by public bodies to get women to make reports which are usually linked to high profile cases or storylines in popular media. The evidence is that if you want to increase reports to police, what you need is lots of media stories A few prosecutions of those who have lied have no effect on reporting. They do of course show justice being done, but no one is much interested in Justice for men. As in this case the accusation brings troubles enough, without ever being charges or tried.
