Calm clear and using a pointed analogy, a model presentation

On a day when I read (in the DM) how the female USA athletes are why that country got so many medals. I saw this about discrimination in the UK White police officers passed over for promotion win race discrimination claim | Shropshire Star (arcpublishing.com)
Now though the case was presented and won on the basis of race, it might have done so on sex, because the Superintendent who discriminated against the three (one was a white woman) is a woman and so is the underqualified sergeant popped into the post. Clearly the race was the easiest to prove. But it reflects the nonsense of DEI in general, and the unlawful practices even the Police engage in.
