Angela Jones, mother, 49, was so drunk (more than three times over the limit) while on the school run that she nearly crashed into a police car while being pulled over
A piece (£) in the Mail. Her derisory “punishment” consisted of a driving ban for 23 months on account of previous good character and that she had admitted her guilt [J4MB: What else could she do under the circumstances – maintain her innocence?!!!] on the first opportunity, showing remorse. If Jones undertakes a drink driving course, her ban will be reduced by five months. She was also placed on a 12-month community order which will see her complete 60 hours of unpaid work.

Yvette Cooper is a blithering idiot (cont’d.)
The Labour party plans to implement some class warfare if and when they’re in government, imposing 20% VAT on private school fees. No matter that parents of the pupils attending private schools are sparing taxpayers the cost of educating their children, who are deemed beneficiaries of privilege. It is estimated that the additional costs for parents will result in many thousands of pupils having to move into the state education system, which raises the issue of how they will be accommodated (literally and metaphorically).
Earlier today Camilla Tominey, a presenter on GB News, interviewed Yvette Cooper MP (AKA Mrs Balls, shadow Home Secretary) on a number of issues. The full show (1:27:10) is here. Over 54:09 – 1:00:27 Camilla poses the question of how extra pupils moving from private schools will be accommodated in the state system, and becomes understandably exasperated when Mrs Balls declines to answer the question.

“As is the prerogative of men, we have changed our minds about the location of this summer’s Jamboree. After a unanimous vote during one of our planning sessions, we have decided that the event will take place in Des Moines, Iowa overlapping with the Iowa State Fair. The dates have also changed to accommodate fair attendance. The Jamboree will take place on August 15-21.
We have arranged a nice hotel in the area. They are happy host an XY Crew event and have given us discounted rates and several other bonus features for the duration. Soon, I will be posting a booking link to reserve your room(s), which must be done by August 1st.”
