They are really going to go all out to defend themselves, because if they lose it will set a precedent.
I question who in these organisations was not engaging in good quality legal advice, because I guess common sense and meritocracy rather than diversity hiring should have been used when recruiting into these organisations.
I really hope he takes them to the cleaners, and that their donors ask lots of questions about themselves as to why they donate to these organisations which appear to be little more than daycare centres for people with out merit( and common sense) and now come with a whole lot of liabilty for being associated with them.. and yale
