  1. He is right on the button. I believe the only real shift in the feminists hegemony is to confront them with actual equality, same treatment. As pointed out in this short essay currently women enjoy lots of “sex based rights”(as the TERFs constantly remind us) without any responsibilities. In fact all the “power” feminists say they want is “administrative” power; in governance, in management, in politics, in social administration. Never is it to create; a better hoover, a bigger ‘plane, a longer bridge, more homes, or even a cleverer can opener. And when it goes wrong their response to mistakes being found out is to cry “sexism”, in effect a call to be treated with the chivalry that indulgently turns a blind eye.

The current debates in the Ukraine are a stark reminder of this. For not only does the debate about conscription include who has to be sacrificed in fighting but also who has to be available to “rebuild” the future. Interestingly almost never are women even mentioned in either issue. Push comes to shove the Ukrainians know that the rebuilding will be done by men, and to put it crudely they need to ensure there are enough left to do the job. And as we know there will be literally millions of women waiting until things are safe and comfortable before they’ll return.
