I cannot bring myself to let even a penny get to Mz. Bindel. However the part I read was hilarious, Bindel and her partner Wistrich have for decades used Catherine MacKinnon’s lines of argument to get murdering women off or given light sentences and to bring the law more and more into personal relationships. And like MacKinnon hates all forms of heterosexual sex, “Those incapable of reconciling their publicly-proclaimed feminism with being doormats for men in their private lives” she describes all those who are “sex positive”.
How anyone can take her claim that “trans” is somehow a men’s rights invention, when she illustrates in this very piece that a parade of feminists have been “de-constructing” gender and heterosexual relationships for 50 years, including herself! Who follows MacKinnon closely with the idea that all heterosexual sex involves women being “doormats”.
