Justice for Men & Boys 
A fair few will be recycled into supposedly new jobs with different titles. However even the attempt by the Government is to be welcomed. Given the preponderance of females in the Civil service (no notion of it being “representative” sex wise and therefore 50/50 to reflect the proportions in the “population we serve”) I expect the preferencing of females to continue. However good ish news. Even better if the Civil service was stopped form spending huge amounts of public money on lobby groups etc. who “advise” the civil servants. One way or another the huge feminist lobby is mainly funded by public money.
