As False Allegations Spiral Out of Control, Feminist Groups Work to Give False Accusers a Free Pass

A tip of the hat to the American organization SAVE (Stop Abusive and Violent Environments) for this.

  1. Well in this local case a false accusation led to a horrific murder https://www.aol.co.uk/man-woman-convicted-acid-attack-141409625.html An example of women digging into the male protector role to get them to do the crime. And an accusation of Rape is one to get men wound up to protect or avenge. (I’ve never understood why no one challenges the feminist assertion that rape/sexual assault on women is “condoned” or “normalised” when its clear it is regarded as the most heinous of crimes, by other men!)
But of course there are two obvious perverse incentives in the UK that lead to huge numbers of accusations. Compensation is given to complainants of sex assaults (circa £9000 from the CICB) without the case proceeding to court let alone being proven. And in family court legal aid is only available to those claiming “domestic abuse”, now fully half of family law cases have accusations of abuse, and again there need be no proof. Prior to the end of legal aid in all but “domestic abuse” cases only about 10% involved accusations of domestic abuse.
