The Guardian: Police and CPS had key DNA evidence 16 years before Andrew Malkinson cleared of rape

Senior heads must roll at the Police and CPS over this case. How many more innocent men are still in British prisons? Certainly hundreds, possibly thousands. How many more prisonsfor men  would have to be built if feminist demands for juryless rape trials became a reality? The mind boggles.

  1. The Ministry of Justice in its investigation and the Criminal Bar Association both said a quarter of convictions in the years prior to 2017/18 were “unsound” due to the Police and CPS conniving to conceal evidence from the Court (and therefore the defense). In the years following the number of cases going to court dropped by 25%, hence the feminist demands for special courts without Juries and changes in the rules of evidence to prevent the complainants ‘phone and social media being investigated. Andrew Malkinson is a hero for speaking out about his case as this keeps the real situation in public. The accused face the full power of “the Crown” (in the form of the Police and CPS ) and long sentences. With only the honesty of Judges and Juries to ensure that they are treated fairly. The irony of this is of course that the CPS was created following scandals where the Police, acting as Prosecution, were shown to have built cases and concealed evidence to get convictions. Mr. Malkinson also reminds us of the other feminist lie, that sexual offences are somehow condoned by men in general, when in fact in Prison those convicted face particular danger and mistreatment from other prisoners and staff.

  2. Beyond sickening! This blatantly illustrates how sexist and anti-men British society, and so many other places for that matter, are!! I hope this man sues the bejesus out of whoever accused him!
