More propaganda from the BBC. An extract:
She says female snipers have been romanticised since World War Two, adding there is a very practical reason for this reputation.
“If a man hesitates whether to make a shot or not, a woman will never.
“Maybe that’s why women are the ones giving birth, not men,” she adds – cradling her three-month old daughter as we speak. [J4MB: What twisted nonsense. Maybe that’s why women are the ones killing 75+ million unborn children every year.]

Interesting. Of course as it points out “It added that no woman could be conscripted under Ukrainian law against her will.” Unlike the men of course who get no such choice. And as usual things are some sort of “fight”. It is after all hardly surprising the very small number of women in combat units had only men’s uniforms and equipment given that the invasion no doubt precipitated a mass call up of men as well as a willingness to absorb female volunteers. It is indeed indicative of the BBC that in amongst a horrific war with tens of thousands of young men dead or maimed in what has become trench warfare. Its of import that the female “dress uniform” has heels.
