An interesting new piece from Quilette, prompted by a proposed new law in Australia, but the issues raised will affect many countries before long.

I think the most worrying thing is that word “harm”, because as we know this seems to end up meaning “something that a person doesn’t like and upsets them”. As always there is an irony to this claim coming from feminists, who have long used claims if “harm” to hound academics in particular out of jobs for allsorts of things ranging from dad jokes to learned papers on the differences between the physiology of men and women. I suppose one should just grit ones teeth, because the gynocentric nature of men will mean they will eventually rush to support the terfs. And if that removes “harm” and even better the legislation I guess it’s good.

Interesting..
Given it’s in Australia, does that mean
that Clementine Ford will be blocked for deception, misinformation( basically all feminism) and eventual harm??
