I’m in the House of Commons today and looking forward to watching the International Men’s Day debate in the chamber, hosted this year by Nick Fletcher MP, the chairman of the APPG on Men and Boys. Checking my emails over a cup of coffee, I see that my local newspaper, Bedford Today, has just published an article majoring on our proposal for fathers needing to give permission for elective abortions to happen more than seven weeks after conception, paternity to be determined through non-invasive non-invasive paternity testing.

The article’s headline is accurate and to the point, Bedford anti-feminist’s party calls for women to get permission from father before they get abortion.
