Tom Caulfield is the Great Briton behind all the ICMI videos published since the 2016 London conference. He also has a model (and totally adorable) girlfriend, BB. The two things are not unrelated. Hot women have always been attracted to creative men.

One of the highlights of my week is Tom’s weekly 90-minute-long men-only “Photography and Videography” meetings for XY Crew, every Wednesday at 7pm GMT.
