Our thanks to Martin for this in The Guardian. Followers of this website will be only too well aware of how many more female criminals should be in prison, but so many are given suspended sentences for crimes that, if committed by a man, would result in a prison sentence. The final paragraph:

A Ministry of Justice spokesperson said: “While our view remains that custody should be the last resort for most women, a decision which is made by independent judges, we have made significant improvements to support female offenders.”

Appalling. Webbe plays the sexism and racism cards:

Ms Webbe, 56, will be sentenced on November 4 but was warned she could face prison. [She could but won’t, because vagina i.e. she will BENEFIT from sexism.]

But in a message apparently sent to her supporters before the verdict, the MP – who denied the harassment claims – said: ‘I am a black woman in a white court, facing a white system and white prosecutors.

‘I have been deliberately targeted because I am vulnerable.’

It continued: ‘I know first-hand the sexism and racism institutions and media use to vilify black women.’ [J4MB: … says a highly privileged black woman.]
