Join me in cancelling your TV licence. Stop funding BBC TV left-wing and feminist anti-male propaganda.

The requirement to have a TV licence if you want to watch any live TV – not just BBC TV – is like having to buy The Guardian when you buy another newspaper. I’ve just done something I should have done years ago, and cancelled my TV licence. Last year over a million British people did the same, depriving the organisation of £150+ million.

I’m sick to death of funding BBC left-wing and feminist anti-male propaganda, which run through so much BBC TV output – drama, “comedy”, non-fiction, news, the whole shooting match. BBC Radio is also a major source of the propaganda, of course, and is also funded by the TV licence fee, but at least we don’t have to pay for listening to BBC Radio.

Millions of people are paying for TV licences despite not watching any live TV output. So, how can you discover if you need to have a TV licence? Check here. Then, if you don’t need one, inform TV Licensing (TVL) here. [Note: Rick Collier, in his comments below, recommends NOT informing TVL.] You need to give them a month’s notice, and pay a final monthly DD if you have one set up, but then that’s it. You’ll soon stop funding BBC TV left-wing and feminist anti-male propaganda, and walk taller thereafter. Congratulations!

I can’t recall the last thing that gave me as much pleasure as cancelling my TV licence. Now, what to do with my windfall of £159.12 p.a.?

If everyone who read this gave us £5.00 – or even better, £5.00 or more, monthly – we could change the world. £5.00 monthly would entitle you to Bronze party membership, details here. Benefits include a dedicated and signed book by Mike Buchanan. Click below to make a difference. Thanks.

Regular followers of this website are aware that neither Elizabeth Hobson, party leader, nor Mike Buchanan, party chairman, draw any income from the party’s income streams. They both work very long hours on behalf of men and boys (and the women who love them) so they’re unable to engage in paid employment.
We appeal to those who appreciate our work for financial support to help us meet our living expenses. We’ve set up Patreon pages for this purpose. Elizabeth’s page is here, Mike’s page is here. Thank you for your support.

Suzanne Moore: Mrs America depicts one of feminism’s toughest battles – the fight against female misogynists

Predictably woeful, from a female Guardian ‘journalist’ and men-hater. But I repeat myself.

Vera Baird, Victims’ Commissioner, calls for decisions on prosecuting alleged rapists to be taken out of the hands of the CPS

Vera Baird, the Victims’ Commissioner, one of the most vile radical feminists of her generation, was surely the most unsuitable contender for the post. The position should be re-named The Alleged Female Victims’ Commissioner. Rest assured she will never advocate for male victims of false rape allegations. Our library of pieces on this Toxic Feminist of the Month is here. The catalogue of her anti-male misdeeds in her former post as Police & Crime Commissioner of Northumbria  is substantial in itself.

Our thanks to Mike P for this piece on Ms Baird’s call for charging decisions on prosecuting alleged rapists to be taken out of the hands of the CPS.

Tribute to Marc Angelucci, from Warren Farrell

A tribute that Warren Farrell posted to Facebook:

Angelucci in Italian means “little angel”

I love Marc. This is the worst news I have heard about a colleague in my lifetime. Few people I know integrated their heart, mind and integrity as selflessly and effectively as Marc. With all his struggles with Crohn’s disease, he nevertheless persisted to help both individuals and our nation consider men’s lives with equal respect to women’s in a world that is blind to the need for that.

The pain for me is excruciating because I met Marc when he was at UCLA Law School and he told me he had read The Myth of Male Power and wanted permission to excerpt parts of it for his articles in UCLA’s Daily Bruin. He then assisted me conducting workshops at Esalen in such a devoted and caring way. He is the ultimate humanist. And of course, Angelucci in Italian means “little angel”

I suggest we create a Marc Angelucci Memorial Fellowship to support attorneys to do pro bono work to continue challenges to inequities such as male-only draft registration, and to help poorer fathers fight to give their children a lifetime of love and security. Let’s continue Marc’s leadership to end the era of mothers having the right to children, and dads having to fight for children.“

Tribute to Marc Angelucci, from Tim Goldich

Tim Goldich had the following to say about Marc Angelucci (via Facebook):

On Saturday July 11, the day before yesterday, friend and colleague Marc Angelucci was murdered. We don’t have a lot of facts, but Marc was a lawyer who championed men’s issues and championed people bullied by the powers that be. Most of the work Marc did, he did pro bono.

First and foremost, I knew Marc as a great guy to hang out with. I was blessed to do so only about a half-dozen times over the years, but, as anyone who knew Marc can tell you, he had a “magic” that made you feel you were special friends right from the start.

Marc was always supportive. He always took the time to check out my Gender Equalist page. For someone so busy I was amazed how often he gave my Internet posts a “thumbs up.”

Marc had charisma, you felt good being around him. He had a remarkable joy of life and late at night when others were ready to go off to bed, Marc was just getting started. Hanging out with Marc was an adventure and you just tried to keep up. We did karaoke a few times together. I’d always do “King of the Road,” and Marc would always do “Big Balls” by AC/DC.

“Well I’m rather upper class high society
God’s gift to ballroom notoriety
And I always fill my ballroom
The event is never small
The social pages say I’ve got
The biggest balls of all

[Chorus]
I’ve got big balls
I’ve got big balls
They’re such big balls
And they’re dirty big balls
And he’s got big balls
And she’s got big balls
(But we’ve got the biggest balls of them all)”

It was hilarious. And Marc would dance while he sang and he really put on a show!

Marc did indeed have “big balls.” He spoke truth to power. He was dynamic, risk taking, courageous, and I’ll miss him.”
